We provide full architectural planning and design services for custom single-family homes, residential remodels and additions, multifamily residential, and commercial building renovations. Our practice has grown entirely through word of mouth, and we are proud to have many repeat clients who trust us with their evolving needs. From schematic design through construction administration, we strive to be a dedicated partner and guide through the process of getting your vision built.
Principal Architect: Joe Malkowski
Joe is the founder of JM Design Studio, with over 20 years of experience in the architecture industry. Throughout those years, Joe has had the opportunity to actively be involved in the design of a variety of single-family homes, multi-family residential, mixed use, hotels, and commercial buildings. He has gained valuable experience through collaboration with other industry-leading architects and engineers. As a licensed architect in the state of Wisconsin, he enjoys studying and enhancing the unique architectural styles of new and historic buildings that are found locally.Â
